Congratulations! Yes, unemployment is scary (especially for those who are the only household income). The rates of depression and suicide have already started to rise with the continuing economic problems.

Congrats Carrie!! Let's hope there's a job for THIS Cary real soon!! I was not granted tenure and essentially forced to resign (they had nothing negative on me but couldn't let the "records" show they TERMINATED me--I DO believe it was all about the weight too!) 3 months prior to my RNY. Luckily I was able to enroll in college and do that Fall semester online...Now I'm done and looking--I have 3 weeks of unemployment left. Sucks!! I'm SO happy for you!!! I only hope I can post the same soon! :-)
