Really not in the mood...
...for veggies. All I've had today, vegetable wise is 1 1/2 cups of salad, and a small tomato. I had 3 ounces of deli roast beef,wrapped around 2 ounces of cheese. 2 eggs, hard cooked with 1 1/2 of swiss cheese. And 2 ounces of thinly (see through thin) ham, wrapped around mozz. cheese. Just not been in the mood for any veggies. HOpefully this is just a one day thing.
I can go for a couple of days in a row where vegetables just don't sound very appealing so I don;t eat any at all. There is no rule that say you must have a certain amount of veggies, or veggies at all (or fruit or grains... neither of which you mention) every single day. They do, of course, contribute to well-rounded meals but the only things you must get in every day are your protein, vitamins, and fluids.
