HELP!

Every morning for breakfast I have 8 oz of lactaid skim milk with an Oregon Chai sf packet of dry mix and a scoop of vanilla protein powder and a dash of cinnamon, plus about 6 oz of water.  I heat it up and it's amazing. It's not thick and it's not super sweet. It's got 24 grams of protein and only 165 calories.  You could do the same thing with coffee or decaf or various tea bags.

It is not high in protein but the only one I can drink.  Proteiny, sweet shakes gag me.  The EAS AdvantEdge Rich Dark Chocolate is the only one I like.  I do not like dark chocolate, at all, but I think it masks the artificial sweetener taste and protein taste better than any I tried...and I tried a lot of them.  Good luck and keep trying.  You will find what works for you.  I did not meet my quota until I found EAS.  I tried the nectars, but they gagged me too.  My poor husband was inundated with a kitchen full of protein "stuff" that I could not tolerate.

THANK YOU TO ALL *****SPONDED! YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH I APPRECIATE THIS! I WILL DEFINITELY CONSIDER ALL SUGGESTIONS. I HAVE TRIED IT ALL IN DIFFERENT WAYS; WITH WATER, WITH SOY MILK, ETC... AND NOW I HAVE A FEW MORE THINGS TO TRY. EAS AND NECTARS WILL BE FIRST ON MY LIST. THANKS SO MUCH YOU GUYS!  :)
