in just 5.5 short months. it really is incredible to be able to function so much more effortlessly. For instance, at work i can remain standing for hours without foot pain. I can squat and bend and not be out of breath. I looked at my before pictures which sometime soon id like to post and i dont believe i ever walked around on earth that way. interacting with people, hugging people, i knew i was unhealthy and boy did i look it. Its hard for me to wrap my head around being one hundred something pounds...so for all of you who are in one's, is it true smaller amounts of weight equals bigger changes now? im 5' 6'' and 155 is where im looking to end up to be a normal BMI...sorry for the ramble, its just nice to vent to people who understand where im comming from!

Congratulations! I feel the same way. I was running this morning and about seven minutes in, I remembered, all of a sudden, how it felt to run at 250 lbs....I used to gasp for air, my legs hurt, my feet went numb....its so different now, so much better. Everything is.

Good luck making your goal! I'm getting close and I cannot wait.
