 I like the pure protein bars, under 200 calories and between 18-20 grams of protein. I like it because they are portable and I can whip one out of my purse when I'm hungry. smores and caramel are my favorites!

Congrats on getting closer to goal! I love, love, love your pictures...you're beautiful!

Up your protein and water. Switch up your exercise routine...try some weights, then go back to the cardio.

I like Click protein and Body Fortress protein from WalMart. I LOVE cottage cheese and peaches for a quick snack and pick me up.

You are 9 months post op---most people loose until they are at least 18 months post op--but the closer to goal you are the slower it will come off. But even if you aren't loosing weight if you are exercising you will continue to tone and change sizes-I am 18 months post op and still shrinking in sizes. I thought I was done loosing but 2 weeks ago I just dropped 4 lbs practically overnight! Hang in there!
