Can I eat grape tomatoes? Even though they have little seeds? I'm 2 months out now.
I eat strawberries in my smoothies...even tinier "seeds". I don't want to get hurt lol

It's crazy how many differing opinons from docs and nuts out there on seeds.  I can tell you that I have been eating tomatoes and cucumbers since 4 weeks out and have zero problems - no pain, no digestive issues.  Cucumbers are the best for me, because they're a slider - they simply do not fill me up and are very refreshing.
Due to current economic conditions the light at the end of the tunnel has been turned off.                                                                         HW: 396 GW:230

There is no evidence that small seeds will cause any kind of problem... but some surgeons tell patients to avoid them.

I don't understand how seeds could hurt anything, especially tomato and cucumber seeds. Heck, even an accidental watermelon seed shouldn't be a problem. Now if you swallow a peach pit or avocado seed (pretty much impossible!) you'd be in trouble.
