spacing out meals and snacks

 I am forgetting to eat because I am not hungry. I was wondering how people space out their meals and snacks and do you all pretty much eat on a set schedule?

I eat about every three hours, sometimes go a little longer if I don't feel hungry yet.  I am just sitting down with my evening snack right now and it's been about 3.5 hours since dinner.

Looks like your weight is coming right off, congrats! I hope I am this lucky and I don't feel any hunger.

 I eat about once every 3-4 hours normally.  But since I've been back to work and my hectic schedule I'm finding I'm eating once or twice a day.  My surgeon said that is bad to do because I'm not getting my protein in, which is causing me to feel dizzy and faint.
