Hi...does anyone know of a website to put a recipe in and have it come out w/the calories/fat/protein?

You can do it on www.myfitnesspal.com, which is also available on smart phones, so you can do it on the run.  I did it with a recipe I found on here, which was cool.   I use this program to do my food log.  I think it is helpful to keep me in check, per Se.  I also have become a person that if they see too many carbs in a diet, it is back on the shelf.  Try this program out.  I also know that weigh****chers had it but that program cost you to use.  Good luck....

You can go Google "recipe calculator" and there are a ton of sites out there that do this as well.
