Yes, Nyquil is fine. Some people get worried about it having a small amount of high fructose corn syrup in it, but I do not personally know anyone who has had any problems with the sugar in it.

I would also watch for NSAIDS. DOn't remember if it just has Tylenol in it or
Ibuprofen. Given that, if I'm sick enough, I would not hesitate to take it. I
usually would take the capsules however as I could not gag down that
thick, sweet liquid.
