Carbs?
How many carbs do you eat a day? I started sparkpeople.com to track my calories because I think I was eating too many calories and I am concerned about my carbs now.
This is what I had today:
GNC Lean Shake: 170 Cals, 6g Carbs, 25g Protein
Camobells slow kettle chicken and white bean soup (so good): 140 Cals, 17 Carbs, 12g Protein
Snacks: 5 Ritz Crackers: 80 Cals, 10g Carbs, 1g Protein
1 oz Cheese: 120 Cals, 0g Carbs, 7g Protein
Greek Yogurt: 160 Cals, 18g Carbs, 11g Protein
Totals: 670 Cals, 51 Carbs, 56 Protein
And this is without dinner tonight. How do you think my eating has been today?

I may sound like a carb nazi but the only thing that stood out was the crackers. I would avoid all refined carbs while you are in the losing phase. The provide no nutritional value and will hinder your weight loss. Some people choose to eat them moderately and are fine but for me if I eat any refined carbs I find myself craving more.
While I was losing I kept my carbs at around 50 or less, all from complex sources.
