Has anyoe tried this? It says it has protein, calcium, and multivitamins. Does it taste good???

I think it's just ok... IF you add less liquid than they recommend (otherwise, it is VERY bland). I like the chocolate flavor better.

I tried it right after the surgery and thought it was disgusting.. but then again eveything tasted disgusting back then lol

I think it's OK. I don't love it, though. I agree with Lora, start with less liquid than they suggest on the package. You can always add more. I do wish they would have had it when I was newly post op because I would have loved to get my multi, protein and calcium all in one shake (well, you'd need two a day, really).
