Just wondering, with Unjury products is the protein amount given including the 8 oz. of skim milk or do you add that extra protein number?  Thanks!

The numbers given on Unjury (and all protein I think) is JUST the protein powder.  You have to add the protein for the milk... which for skim milk is 8g of protein.

It's just the protein powder.  If you add the powder to something with additional protein, like skim milk, you have to add that amount to the total.  If you add the powder to something with additional calories, like skim milk, you have to add that to your total calories, too.

Yeah, that's actually great!  I've been under counting my protein.  Thanks!  And since I was going under most days this is good.

That unjury isn't bad!  I tried the chicken soup version today and it made a nice change.  I'm going to order some more.
