I'm thinking of calling my doc to do this instead of the sublinguals.  How often do you have to do the spray?  Isn't it once a week instead of taking the sublingual daily?  And what's the name of the spray if you know.  Thanks.

I think it's called Nascobal and most people do it once a week.

I use the nasal spray and it is Nascobal. I had a swelling tongue with the sublingual. I use it twice a week because my B12 is just moderate and I am tired all the time. The only downfall is the $$$. Even with BCBS it cost $50. You can sometimes get a 25 dollar coupon from your doctor.

I do and I love it.  I hate waiting for the sublingual to dissolve.

I do Nascobal because the sublinguals weren't working for me. I feel ALOT better on it, though have been doing 2x/week to get my levels up. My surgeon's office gave me the $25 coupon, good for 3 refils per coupon - it'll last either 6 months if you do weekly (2 months per bottle) though I go thru mine a bit quicker.

I just started mine yesterday.  :) So far so good.  I did not want to give myself shots.
