christmas goals
unless i start losing quicker, my christmas goals are going to be down the drain too..even though i can't remember how much i said i wanted to lose..was on a stall for like a month..lost 6 pounds..teetering on gaining and losing 2 and then lost a pound again finally.
If i was you i would up my water intake...and up your exercise...and get a new scale..lol or throw your scale out because its hard to gain 10 lbs which to me means the scale is wrong.. take care.

My goal is not Christmas, but December 31st because my surgery was May 31st, so the end of each month is my monthly marker. I'll be 7 months out then.
I alternate between wanting to be 100 pounds down and wanting to lose 75% of my excess weight, which would be 96 pounds. That's either 22 or 18 pounds to go, respectively, which should be doable, but not at the rate I have been losing these past two months. I've been losing 8 pounds per month, and since we're already a week into November, I will probably only lose 12-14 pounds.
But that would still put me at 90 pounds lost in 7 months so I'll take it. Gladly.
I just wanted to lose as much as possible before I head home to NJ for the holidays and see everyone.
