i bought the complete idiots guide to weight loss surgery and the everything post weight loss surgery cookbook. I like a few of the recipes in both of these and lost of good advice also.

Amazon has some good Bariatric surgery cookbooks.

One door closes and another opens. I am excited to go through the new door that has opened and ecstatic the old one is closing!

My sister gave me two she bought off of Amazon. One is called Before and After with 135 low-carb, high-protein recipes for a healther, happier, slimmer you by Susan Maria Leach. The other is Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery Over 140 delicious low-fat, high protein recipes to enjoy in the weeks, months, and years after surgery.

I enjoyed reading both books, but to be honest, I have yet to cook from either of them yet.
