Picktures are HUGELY important!!  That before photo will keep you going for a loooong time!

Don't pack too much! You're not going to be there long enough...  I packed a mini-suitcase and that morning my b/f was like "are you going on vacation???!"   So I took half the stuff out... and didn't even use half of the half that I brought!!  Nerves I guess! You'll spend most of your time, sleeping, trying to sip and walking.  The hospital will have (pretty much) everything you need.

I did endu up using:
Chapstick
Deodorant
Girl Stuff (in case you get your period which can happen even if not your t-o-m)
Underwear
Cell Phone/Charger (so you don't have to use hospital phone)
iPod (I have an iPod Touch - Hospitals usually have free WiFi)
Wear comfy pj's or sweats to the hospital then wear 'em home.

I'm sure you've heard it a million times but make sure you get up and start moving as soon as you're able (and have someone to walk along side you)

You'll be home and on the mend before ya know it!!

SUPER EXCITED FOR YA !!!!!
I've been declared a slow loser - and couldn't be happier!!
 I  can,  I  will.
