Rise and shine... running late and in meetings... I miss yall....  Hope all is well... Went to a VERY interesting support group last night (another thread coming)

My eats will be:

water
coffee
turkey salad
loaded mashed potatoes
not sure about dinner... possibly some fish
Babygirl got her surgery March 3rd...     She's from 339 to 200 as of 6/14/2012.. SOO proud of my bigbabygirl

Morning! Today I need to start packing for our trip to Texas, and my daughter has her 6 month check up. I can't believe she is already 6 months old!

Protein coffee
egg, turkey bacon, cheese
tuna?
cheese stick and turkey peperoni
Dinner...umm not too sure. Probably need to figure that out.

The meatloaf on yesterday's menu made me ill, ill, ill. Yuck. Not sure what happened, but had bad intestinal cramps and explosive gas throughout the night. Hmmm...guess I won't be eating that meatloaf today!

B: egg, turkey sausage
L: Gardenburger, 100% stone ground whole wheat thin bread slice, carrots
S: Light cheese stick, deli turkey
D: Chicken/gravy, brown rice, edamame
S: Hot choc FF, cocoa roasted almonds

I did something that upset my system for the last few days. So I'm just now having my first calories of the day at nearly 2 p.m. A Mexican Chocolate protein shake. Not sure what else is on the horizon for today. Sometimes a shake straightens my system out and sometimes I just don't get hungry again for a bazillion years.

I hate that. I like eating. Very much.
