The meatloaf on yesterday's menu made me ill, ill, ill. Yuck. Not sure what happened, but had bad intestinal cramps and explosive gas throughout the night. Hmmm...guess I won't be eating that meatloaf today!

Hey to all, it's the same as yesterday. I finally broke this nearly two month stall and lost 2lbs yesterday :-)

I did something that upset my system for the last few days. So I'm just now having my first calories of the day at nearly 2 p.m. A Mexican Chocolate protein shake. Not sure what else is on the horizon for today. Sometimes a shake straightens my system out and sometimes I just don't get hungry again for a bazillion years.
I hate that. I like eating. Very much.
