Ketosis Question

 Ok so I saw my nutritionist yesterday and she said I should limit my carbs to no more than 50 a day until I reach my goal weight to keep my body in ketosis for as long as possible. Does anyone know if she means all carbs or net carbs? I am asking because I was looking at getting some of the Quest protein bars but 1 bar would take up a huge hcunk of my cabrs for the day, but most of those carbs are fiber not sugar. Any input would be appreciated :)

I never went by net carbs.  For my body carbs are carbs and I gain if I eat too many.

That's why I don't do protein bars they have way too many carbs for how they taste.  If I'm going to have carbs it's fruit or somthing that tastes good!

 I believe it is net carbs. I do try to keep my carbs under 50 as well, but if I go over with fruits and veggies I don't stress. 
"Keep a green tree in your heart and perhaps a singing bird will come"
