Ketosis Question
Ok so I saw my nutritionist yesterday and she said I should limit my carbs to no more than 50 a day until I reach my goal weight to keep my body in ketosis for as long as possible. Does anyone know if she means all carbs or net carbs? I am asking because I was looking at getting some of the Quest protein bars but 1 bar would take up a huge hcunk of my cabrs for the day, but most of those carbs are fiber not sugar. Any input would be appreciated :)
