Seriously.  You are the only person who has made it possible for me to enjoy my time in the kitchen.  I am nearly 40yrs old and I hate to cook.   Before bariatricfoodie.blogspot.com  my biggest accomplishment in the kitchen was scrambled eggs that weren't dry.
Now, I have cooked for my parents (my mom is bedridden) and they have loved everything!
Mexican Lasagna,  Nik's chicken pot pie, magic meatballs (my fave), crockpot chicken and mushrooms.....

So I wanted to say thank you!  And I am sure my parents thank you as well!!

Wow! Go YOU!

I am another "used to never cook" if you can believe it. These days I admit some of my cooking fervor has waned a bit as my food obsession calms down but cooking is very therapeutic for me and it's so much fun sharing that with all of you!

I made magic meatballs again today. They are so quick and easy and yum!
I am super glad you share with us - it makes it so much easier to not just grab a heat it up dinner or something from the drive thru just out of "convenience". So many of your recipes are just easy to to make and follow, no drama or complication.
