I'm totally a turkey and cheese kinda girl, but lately I've been doing Al Fresco Chicken Sausages for lunch - super easy to grab out of the fridge and 30 seconds in the microwave and they're done! The red pepper and asiago ones are my fav - 15g protein, 140 cal.

For snacks I'm on a Kay's protein cereal kick. A little high in carbs, but I don't eat a lot of carbs with my meals, so it balances out. 9g pro, 15carb for 1oz.
I also make one of Shelly's 5 minute protein cakes on Sunday and cut it up into slices and take that for an afternoon snack. Her chocolate mint one is my fav! (http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2009/01/mint-to-be-together.html)

I'm not fond of cooking so I like to keep things simple

- Greek yogurt with sliced fruit and 1 packet of splenda

- apple with a wedge of laughing cow cheese
- pistachios in the shell
- plain rice cake with tbsp of almond butter and a little sf honey on top (my favorite)
- bison jerky with a wedge of laughing cow cheese
- meat/cheese rollup
- for lunch I will normally get a mixed salad cut a boiled egg into it along with my lunch meat and cheese and spray some low cal dressing.
-  I'm also very fund of cottage cheese and carb lite yogurts ( they have new flavors)
- Taco Bell pinto and cheese minus the red sauce add a scoop of taco meat and it's very filling.
- cut apple and celery into your tuna with a tablespoon of lite mayo and salt and pepper.
- protein ice creams from egg faces web site are truly a God send

I try to keep it whole foods as much as possible.
I can do this!

I try to mix it up, but end up with the same usual suspects!

LUNCH:
Chili (home made of course - the crap from a can is vile)

Morningstar Griller veggie burger - a half with a slice of cheese melted on it, sometimes I use salsa or fresh pico de gallo (so easy to make) instead of ketchup

Boars Head All-American BBQ chicken (a slice or two) with Boars Head Colby cheese, I dunk in Bolthouse Ranch or Blue Cheee (35 Cal for 2 TBS - it's made with yogurt and doesn't have that horrible chemical lowfat dressing taste!).

SNACKS:
1 scoop of Tera's Whey dark chocolate protein with a cup of unsweetened almond milk, a TBS of cocoa powder and a Truvia packet, shaken and heated up like hot cocoa!  So yummy!

A Quest Bar - I divide one into about two to four servings and have with a cup of coffee or hot cocoa above

Polly-O or Sargento cheese sticks

Greek yogurt with a scoop of Tera's Whey protein (either chocholate or vanilla) with a little SF/FF jello pudding mix, and blueberries and a handful of Kashi Go Lean

A half cup of Kashi Go Lean with vanilla, unsweetened almond milk

A spoonful of Justin's Almond Butter (maple is my new fave!)

popcorn sometimes!

I like to eat Carbmaster yogurt with a hand full of Fiber One cereal in it.  Turkey pepperoni and snack size cheese, protein bars or drinks when I'm not really interested in food and sf pudding.  I tried the meatloaf recipe from bariatricfoodie and it is amazing.  Cottage Cheese is always good as a snack too.
