Stalled Already

Nearly 4 weeks out (will be 4 weeks tomorrow)
So I haven't lost any weight for 5 days--what the heck? This is the point where my weight loss stops every time. I never really get under this weight. I thought maybe it was because I had been, ahem, constipated for 3 days but that ended rather painfully yesterday and this morning, same weight. Sigh.
And most days I feel kind of yuck, so I've been taking zolpidem every day to overcome nausea. Yesterday toothpaste made me throw up. Geez. This morning all I've been able to stomach is half a protein shake, and have been sipping on water.
What is going on?

Hopefully, this will make you laugh but when I ran down the list of topics with my mono-vision as it is I thought your topic read "Stalked Already" not "Stalled Already."
I find that I lose weight in a stair step fashion and this may be what you are experiencing. It is frustrating but hang in there and the scale will start moving again. I am a slow, slow loser so I know what it feels like to not see progress. I think you are doing awesome...just stick to your plan and do what is good for you.

Zolpidem for nause? I am pretty sure that is a hypnotic used for sleep disorders. Be careful when you drive, if using it during the day.
