High protein breakfast ideas?

Nik and eggface both have protein powder pancake recipes.

You could also make corned beef and cauliflower "hash", or just a ham and cauliflower cheese bake.

Grilled ham or bacon on low carb bread. I love grilled cheese with a slice of tomato in it.

Simple BLT or even a club sandwich done with low carb bread.

How about french toast with low carb bread? If you use the p28 bread then you are getting in even more protein.

Eggface makes pancake puffs. Meat and or fruit mixed with pancake batter (you can add protein powder to it) and baked in muffin pan. Looks delicious.

Most of this stuff can be made ahead of time and frozen. Then on a busy morning just grab one, microwave it and go. Easy enough to do while the rest of the family is doing cereal or poptarts...lol.

Don't hold yourself to breakfast foods.

Eat dinner for breakfast.  Meatballs, sauce and cheese = perfect.

I eat a Quest Bar or drink a protein Shake.  I am not a breakfast person either. Never have been. If I ate anything I wanted something sweet.,

 I make a ricotta bake with low fat ricotta cheese,eggs,low fat mozzarella cheese n frozen spinach n bake it at 350 till golden brown.. I cut them into squares n eat one for mid morning snack n protein shake for lunch.. Try it packed with protein n low carbs
