Met RX bars
Ok so I like to run stuff by the pros all of you to be sure this is ok. Since I am new to all this nutritional label reading.
Met RX Bar creamy peanut butter crisp
Cal 310
Fat 10g
Sodium560mg
Protein 30g
Sugar 3g
Trans fat 0
My idea is the calories are high but might be helpful when I can eat reg foods and to help get my protein and calories in.
The sugar I think looks good.
Sodium worries me is that high?
I think everything else looks ok got any suggestions.....you were all so helpful with my yogurt mess last week....btw my kids love flavoredgreek yogurt

It doesn't pass my 10% rule - but just barely so I *might* let it slide. The calories are extremely high for me though so I would only use it as a meal replacement and not in addition to, or I would only eat a portion of it. I don't like the fat either. The sodium is always high in processed foods like these so that's to be expected. It is quite a bit though.
Basically, it would not be my choice, but it's not a bad one if the calories and fat work into your plan.
