So I have been craving chocolate!! I made sugar free jello chocolate pudding and added 2 scoops of protien powder. I saved 4 yogurt cups and used them for the pudding.  OMG it is soo good and it seems so rich and chocolatey!! so i cured my craving and got some good protien! much much much better than drinking a shake.... just thought i would share

oh and i blended the **** out of it and it came out smooth as silk. I only used 1and 1/2 cups of nonfat milk though cause i wanted it nice and thick........it is soooooo good cant even tell its got that protien powder in it....my new fave

what kind of protein powder did you use? I would like to try this too. The protein puddings you buy online are too expensive!

I used the brand "Six Star" i get the vanilla creme and it mixes well with everything.  I personally like the taste of it.  there are 27 grams per scoop and i use 2 scoops and it makes 4 servings so thats 13+ grams of protien because there is milk in it too.  so for me it is a great alternative to the shakes.  the sugar free pudding adds an extra 35 calories per serving tho, but it tastes like it should be forbidden and i like that!!!!

Where do you buy Six Star? Do you think that the Nectars by Syntrax would also be good? I add a scoop of it to my decaf coffee. It's not a thick protein. The flavors I use are: Chocolate Truffle, Vanilla Bean and Cappucino. VitaLady sells samples.

Im sure it would be good cappucino sounds like it would be good in the chocolate pudding, like a said i use 1/2 cup less milk (non fat) and I blend the heck out of it. it comes out light and silky and after an hour in the fridge it is super thick and creamy, it seems like i used half and half it is so creamy good....Got the Six Star at my local walmart! $18

This is a great way to amp up the protein content and texture of pudding. I make it in my blender for a mousse-like consistency. I will also use a complimentary flavor of protein powder, such as strawberry with a banana pudding.
