I can not tell a lie....NO. I haven't been, but I'm ever slowly starting to work back up. I am such a wuss when it comes to exercising outside during the late fall/early winter.

Uh.... Yeah... Well... Sort of.   When my knee cooperates.

I had an incident this weekend that necessitated me moving very quickly (not a full run, but more than a jogging pace) over a distance that would be about the average distance between the cars and the door of a typical supermarket.  I did not have time to think or worry about my bad knee until afterward.  Yes, it hurt (I would love to be able to say that it did not), and I have ever been much of a runner even as a kid, but I have to admit how good it felt to be able to move that quickly if necessary (something I would not physically have been able to do 5 years ago) and I actually had a fleeting thought that it might actually feel GOOD to run.  I have NEVER had that thought before... and it kind of makes me sad that my knee just will not permit it.  Just having the thought, though, is a positive thing for me.  I hope that makes sense.  Maybe not to someone who IS a runner or who LIKES exercise... but... oh, well... it makes sense here in my own little world.

Yes... with a personal trainer an hour 2x a week, otherwise I probably wouldn't get much or any formal exercise
