Exercise! (I only want to hear one response which is yes)
Stop peeking in my windows!
yes 5 times a week, not a fan of it but I do it.

Uh.... Yeah... Well... Sort of. When my knee cooperates.
I had an incident this weekend that necessitated me moving very quickly (not a full run, but more than a jogging pace) over a distance that would be about the average distance between the cars and the door of a typical supermarket. I did not have time to think or worry about my bad knee until afterward. Yes, it hurt (I would love to be able to say that it did not), and I have ever been much of a runner even as a kid, but I have to admit how good it felt to be able to move that quickly if necessary (something I would not physically have been able to do 5 years ago) and I actually had a fleeting thought that it might actually feel GOOD to run. I have NEVER had that thought before... and it kind of makes me sad that my knee just will not permit it. Just having the thought, though, is a positive thing for me. I hope that makes sense. Maybe not to someone who IS a runner or who LIKES exercise... but... oh, well... it makes sense here in my own little world.
