Plateau Question

2 weeks is not a stall or plateau.  I have 2 weeks a month (sometimes 3) where I don't lose.  It is common.  I do like the Empire State Building analogy.  Don't panic.  Maybe don't weigh yourself as often. 

Protein shots are collegen.  Don't waste your money.  Eat meat for protein.  If you are going to drink your protein the best is whey isolate,  whey,  or soy protein.
