 I feel totally run down today. Sore from working out with the trainer yesterday. So my big plans of tilling the rest of my garden, planting and swimming are on hold. Instead I think I am going to try to get a nap before work.

B - quest peanut butter supreme
L -  1pc P28 bread, roast beef, pickle, mustard
D - probably "breakfast" (egg, ham, cheese)
S - turkey pepperoni / cheese

I had a crazy day at work yesterday and just got home this morning from my shift. I put away my grocery order and put together dinner for tonight in the crock pot - lasagna...we will see how that goes.

B - Black Cherry Chobani
S - Quest PB&J bar and 1oz peanuts
L - reheated leftover Tortellini Carbonara
S - Breakstone Cottage Double
D - Spinach and pesto lasagna (hopefully)

And thus far, I have taken 1 of my multis and 2 calciums.

Not sure what I'm having for dinner yet, my son-in-law brought over some BBQ ribs, so the rest of the family will have those, I will probably make a veggie omelet or scrambled egg.

Beautiful, albeit windy, day here in the Northeast. Put on my workout clothes for a lunch time walk and decided to run instead. I'm sure by the third time I ran around the same block the neighbors were peeking out their windows wondering if that crazy running lady was lost....

B: chili rellenos puff/strawberries
L: taco casserole/strawberries
S: chocolate protein shake
D: Asian brown rice/chicken salad
S: hmmmm, don't know but I'm hankering for some protein ice cream

I feel like I've lost my mojo today.  I don't feel like exercising, and all I want to do is eat!  Sigh...I hate days like today.

So far I've had:
B - protein hot chocolate
S - greek yogurt w/ strawberries
L - Healthy Choice Steamer
S - almonds & half a Quest bar

I'm making Nik's Quinoa & Beans for dinner tonight.  And I'll probably have some ice cream.

I wish I felt run down from working out too much.  I just feel run down because of work stress.  Oh well, I have a job.

And I woke up this morning so I am one step ahead of the game!

Jump start-FF latte from home
B-Eggo Protein Waffle with a 1bsp of PB
L-2 lunch meat roll ups.  Ham with RF colby jack cheese sticks and a drop of dijon
S-Oikos yogurt-peach
D-1/2 of a NY strip No idea what I will be making with that
