13 pounds lost Pre-op!

So i weighed myself today and it said 325!! yay!!! My starting weight was 338! im so proud of myself!!! i've been working so hard!

So happy for you !! I am in the "6 months-Insurance approval" stage, where they have me on a diet trying to lose 10% of my weight before the surgery. Can you all offer any tips on how to do this? I told the nutritionist that if I could just lose weight so easy, that I wouldn't need the surgery in the first place..... I appreciate any help !! Thanks !!
