changes

Pre-surgery:  Christmas 2010   and March 2012!  Hope it motivates someone today - I decided to post it mostly because I needed the motivation.  It's not hard to get sluggish on this journey and forget where we've been.  So - here's to us and the little nudges we all need from time-to-time.  They are important for all of us - humans that we are!  :-) 

I think it is funny how big my nose looks now!

Thanks for posting this; I'm pre-op, and all wrapped up in anxiety about getting approved, having the surgery, will it work, yada, yada, so it's nice to have a reminder that the surgery works quite well, and that someday, maybe I'll be able to see the same kind of results you're seeing!

Thank you for posting this! It does help someone....ME!  I am 2 weeks pre-op and I'm scared, nervous and excited but I know I have to do this for me.  I weigh more than you did and I'm about to turn 45 this year. I so want to live to another 45 to enjoy my son (he's 9) and see him graduate high school, college and hopefully grandbabies (lol...no pressure)  I know I'm going to have to work this for the rest of my life...but I never ever want to let myself get so low and bogged down that I return to this kind of life....remind yourself how you felt and if your a bit like me how others made you feel.  I'm so ready for this surgery, I just want to be on the otherside and losing.
