I think you should see the surgeon and ask him what he thinks about timing. I really don't know about doing it all at once. I was told that the arms take a long time to heal. I have a friend that had her tummy done one year and went back the next year for her boobs. She was skinny to start with just had her tummy done due to c-sections. But I think if I did anything together it would be boobs and tummy. I don't think the arms are the easiest thing to recover from what I have heard I would leave them for last. But honey looking at you seriously your arms don't look like they need it. Do you work out? Look at  your gym if you belong to one for a class called Body Pump. That class when I did it gave definition to my arms and I was 250 lbs at that point. It will do wonders for your entire body. They also have it that you can buy and do the program at home too. So did you wear the bikini on the cruise? I hope you had fun and I love this silver dress.
