What is / was for dinner?

 I'm picturing Nik staring at a tower of boxes in the new house.......

So I will post the dinner thread   :)

  I have had a very busy, very healthy feeling day! I worked my young horse, rode him a few minutes, bathed him, helped my mom, went for a 1.86 mile walk/ jog / run with Rio and Riley (they pulled like sled dogs the first 1/2 mile, then I felt like I was pulling them instead) and then a 320yd swim (upper body drills, freestyle, back stroke, breast stroke).  It wasn't long after my shower that I had to head across town to take Rio to dog training, home to drop him off / help my mom and now at wor****il midnight thirty.  I will hopefully sleep tonight!

B - mint cookie protein / skim milk
L - ham and cheese, tomato / pickle sandwich on 1pc P28 bread, 2 strawberries
S - quest (I found 2!!0
D - shrimp, cheese peppers
S - cottage cheese strawberries

I had turkey bacon, lettuce and tomato wrap with tomato slices and fresh mozarella. It was Devine.

Today was a crummy food day.

Missed breakfast because I slept in (a very fair trade!)
Lunch was two grilled beef hotdogs (no buns) with saurkraut.
I had a handful of banana chips for a snack
Dinner so far is a can of Progresso beef stew.

Dessert will be greek yogurt with strawberries and SF vanilla syrup.

 Busy day here craft/birthday party had eight, eleven year old girls in my kitchen, just off our offices. So I was outside all day  Fixed a bad spot in our camper floor and worked with my son (15) who also did not want to be inside. 

 B- scrambled egg with onions one link turkey sausage

 L- burger king snack wrap..yuck but again not going in the house

 D- refried beans with chicken and mozzarella 

 S- coffee and a plain cupcake ( I baked colleen decorated)

More like feeling TOTALLY uneducated for being so confused at the simplicity of Ikea furniture building instructions.

Since we are moving piecemeal, we've been taking about 4-5 boxes each time we go to the house (in the daylight because I, like a genuis, missed my appt to have the electricity turned on and they can't come bac****il Tuesday) and I've been unpacking and getting the boxes out asap as the current house has developed a bug problem I do NOT want to transfer to the new house!

Anyway, for dinner we went to the (gasp!) buffet. I had a salad, a small piece of chicken and a few bites of fish. I am FULL!

That's a good inspiration to unpack!! I have been in my current home for almost 2 1/2 years and still have boxes packed.  Probably means I could trash them..... but I won't .   :)
