What's up for Sunday?

I slept almost 8hrs last night. Wow. (I could have slept much longer - I have been exhausted!).  Not much to do today other than normal "farm" chores, helping my mom and going to work. I did a lot of exercise yesterday, but I plan to still try to get to the gym for some intervals tonight after work.

The plan:
B - mint cookie protein / skim milk
L - scrambled egg, shrimp, cheese, pepper
S  - Quest
D - shrimp, cheese, peppers
S - strawberries if there are any left, otherwise greek yogurt and strawberry preserves

Haven't had much luck following plan lately - we'll see how this works out!!
 How's your Sunday looking?

I got tired reading your to do list!

I work 14 ......3rd shift.  To tired to workout so I went to the store.  I plan to clean house, do laundry after I take a nap.  Try to walk at least 2 if not 3 miles.   Sit in my sauna for an hour, if time permits.  ( my house is really dirty.)  Meanwhile, I am going to pray that the rain does not come throught the roof that I can't afford to replace.

B...............errrrrrr  bad...............a lot of cereal........(please don't comment) (I know I did wrong)
L  ........ um to full from all of that cereal .........just greek yogurt for protein.
S  protein drink
D   protein  of some sort.

you didn't break any laws having cereal.... so it wasn't "wrong".  Maybe not the best choice, but not inherently wrong.    :)

Got outta bed and went to a Hatha yoga class. It was glorious! I felt so much more limber and flexible after class. Then I stopped by a couple of garden stores and got some pretty perennials, and now that I've eaten lunch, I'm out the door to garden.

B: scrambled egg/turkey bacon
L: Garden Veggie Burger w/cheese, avocado/cucumbers
S: protein shake
D: chili and a salad
S: Quest bar and hot chocolate

and that's enough for today, except for some piano practice (oh and laundry and vacuuming and dishes and, and, and....)

I would love to read a race report with details!!  I am working up nerve to register for a sprint tri that is at the beach in October. No logical reason for me not to do it, just have to overcome the 353lb person in my head

I overslept and leapt out of bed as my mother knocked at my door to watch my daughter.
It was my son's last day of sunday school, and my synagogue is hosting Mega Mitzvah day-- a community-wide day of good deeds. There was a food drive, a blood drive, prescription drug disposal and electronics recycling, police car detailing, card-making to benefit a camo for children with cancer, gardening, youth group fundraising, etc. It was fun. I gave a pint of blood, and they checked my iron beforehand, and it was 13.6, so...that's good, right?

Breakfast was a cup of 2% Fage with splenda.
I had a handful of grapes and a few raisins after giving blood. They kept trying to make me eat cookies.

Then as we were leaving, I got a chicken falafel from a food truck. Omg, so good. SO good.

I went to the gym and taught my swim class and wallowed around in the water for a while afterward. It just felt so nice, I didn't want to get out.

I'm meeting my mom and aunt for dinner with the kids at Joe's Crab Shack tonight. I plan to eat my first crab in almost 2 years tonight. Mm.
