First boot-camp class yesterday...so sore today..now what?

Stretch stretch stretch stretch stretch!  I love that "hurts so good sore" mornings after a good workout.  I love that sore stretchy feeling.  I'm strange.

I have to say doing Body Pump, Spin and  class called Intense it is a hard core cardio class on a elliptical, treadmill, or bike you decide and the trainer beats you to a pulp on the machine LOL. But doing those 3 classes together my thighs slimmed down and I lost my 3rd belly as my kids call it. I can't wait to participate in them after surgery and see what it does to my body. The gym will be your best friend. Don't you feel so much better after working out. I am so excited for your journey!
