Are these ok to eat ( RNY safe) once on a regular diet? Have you tried them and did you
like them?

I love them! Haven't had any since surgery 3 weeks ago but I hope someday to return to them in moderation.

I am almost 3 months out and I eat a few whenever I want something crunchy. I've also had a few (we're talking 4-6) with my tuna as my "cracker". I love them.

I eat 3 or 4 when I have them but not very often. Good with chicken or tuna salad when I don't want to have the protein in a cucumber cup. (thick slice of cucumber scooped out to hold the chicken or tuna - good appetizer) I do the same with Popcorners at the movies. I bought the 1.1 oz bags and eat 4 chips at the movies. I'm never been a chip person so it is easy for me to go easy on them. I think the key to such carbs is to not eat them on a regular basis or binge on them. It is nice to have these kind of products for that occasional crunch.

I tried one, yet they were way to salty for me and the stats were not the best :(. I like carrot chips they are yummy. they are raw carrots sliced like rippled potatoe chips yummy
