It's hump day and it is going to be a long day at work.
I would like to say that my fetish with peanut butter crackers has ended but I can't so for now, I am hanging my head and walking away........
B - Egg whites w/spinach and broccoli and 1 slice of rye
S - Rest of eggs and toast
L - Mmmmmm....I am craving a salad w/ some kind of protein
D - Fish
Lots of coffee, more coffee and water.....

Last night I wanted a Frappe to kill my potato chip cravings but I only had Vanilla Latte at home(I am firmly on #TeamMocha most of the time). So I used my Hood Calorie Countdown chocolate milk (GREAT stats on that stuffÂ...like 80 cals per cup, 3 net grams of carbs, 6 grams of protein) and put Vanilla Latte Click with it and blended it up.
Oh. My. MARTHA!!! It was so good! I canÂ't even explain it. The Vanilla definitely has a stronger espresso taste and it REALLY rang through.
I think IÂ'm gonna call it the Â"Ebony and IvoryÂ" Click Frappe.

I'm having a protein shake right now for breakfast.
I might have some cheese for lunch. I have organic pepperjack cheese I got at the farmer's market last weekend.
I might decide to go out for dinner. Chipotle sounds good.
Snacks? Roasted chickpeas, maybe a protein bar.
