Is There a Saturday Thread? Whatcha Eating?
I went back a few pages and didn't see a thread.
I had a hugely busy day yesterday, so I am happy to report today is mostly just chilling out. I met a friend to do photos of her very bad Great Dane lol . We did get some cute ones. Now I'll spend the afternoon helping my mom, chilling out and tending animal chores. I might go in to work a couple of hours overtime later tonight, but tomorrow morning I have to be out at the beach by 0615 for my first training with the triathlon group!! YIKES
B - 2 Belvita Blueberry "biscuits" / Pure Protein bar
L - taco casserole and lots of veggies
S - cottage cheese and jello with fruit
D - maybe breakfast?
S - if I have one, turkey pepperoni and cheese / triscuit thins

Breakfast-Special K Protein Plus Cereal (tastes like cardboard but 10g protein, yay!) w/ a little skim milk for softness.
Lunch-2 slices of turkey breast w/ cheese, melted in a small tortilla...could only eat about half but it was yummy! Also had a small piece of watermelon.
Planned Dinner-Ground turkey with seasonings, with melted cheese and a few crumbled tortillas for crunch. Will probably have a piece of watermelon with this too.
Planned Evening Snack-Nectarine & maybe some cheese.
Goal Snacks-Beef Jerky, Nut Mixture (almonds, pistachios, sunflower & pumpkin seeds). I actually need to eat this today otherwise I'm going to be wayyyy short on protein. Ugh so much food, so little pouch :-)

There are no defined meals, just a mish mash of various things that went into my mouth...
Pre-yoga - PB crackers.
48 oz of water during and just after yoga. Followed by a Starbucks skinny decaf cinnamon dolce latte.
Then I came home and managed to eat 15-20 cheez-its, 1/4 cup of dry roasted peanuts, 3 grapes and a nsa strawberry vanilla ice cream sandwich.
I'm off to shower, then get ready to leave for my fundraising shift at the Ranger's game - ugh - so "dinner" (and afternoon and evening snacks) will probably be an apple, a protein bar, some beef jerky, and maybe some cocoa roasted almonds. Not all in one sitting, but over the course of the 7-8 hours I will be there. That and tons of water.
I so don't want to do this. I'd rather sit on my ass at home.

Woke up, ditched the hubs and child and went to town. Got some beautiful fruits and veggies at the farmers market then off to Starbucks for awhile then errands. Now I'm supposed to be making flowers for a cake but I'm taking a break instead!
Breakfast was iced coffee at Starbucks with a splash of cream
Snack was a quest bar
I've been sipping on a tropical punch protein shake since I got home.
Lunch was leftovers from last night. Roast with some butternut squash
Will snack on fruits later...strawberries, I'm thinking
Dinner will be leftovers
Husband and daughter went to the in-laws for the day so I don't have to worry about feeding them!

I got off of work (12 hr shift) at 10am, went grocery shopping, went to yoga and than took a nap. Currently sitting on my arse............. probably will walk on thread mill for 45 min.,clean house and then leave for work at 9pm for another 12 hr shift.

L 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with blueberries
S protein drink..........1 scoop of about time, 1 scoop of raw veggie protein, 1 tbs of PB2 (it was nasty.........dranked it anyway.
D chicken, green beans.
S veggies at work.
It was Pilates and yoga this morning,mthen I've been playing in the garden, doing chores and have a quality time in my own world...it's so nice to be able to do that!

I just did a half hour on the elipitical and worked on my triceps and biceps for a tiny bit today. Definitely not setting the fitness world on fire here.

Haven't done much today, played on the computer, mopped the bathroom floor, played on the computer, mopped the kitchen floor, played on the computer, cleaned off the dining room table, watched the news, played on the computer, walked outside for about 5 minutes it was to hot so came back in and played on the computer! Such a busy day... NOT! lol
