How much protein do you get in an average day?

Last time you had labs done, what was your total protein level?  What about your albumin level?

I get anywhere from about 70 to 100 grams of protein, but I would say about 90 is average.

Last time I had labs done, which was not too long ago, my total protein was 7.0 and my albumin was 4.3.  I was very happy about that because it would be kind of hard for me to get more protein than I do now since I don't eat meat.

I get 80-90g of protein per day (20g per day on weekdays is from protein powder added to my morning SF hot chocolate). I would have to double check my lab sheet to be sure, but my protein was either 7.6 or 7.8 (don't remember which) and my albumin was 4.5.

My protein intake is 100 - 110 grams per day. My last labs were taken amonth ago -  protein 6.9 and albumin was 4.9.   The protein is on the rise, as I was protein deficient (5.8) in the labs that were taken 4 months ago.  So I'm happy with the trend.

I get 125-150 grams of protein a day when I'm eating normally, and have no idea what my lab levels were for that because it always comes back "normal."

 Minimum 100 grams a day.  99.99% of the time I'm between 120-150.

In March my total protein was 6.9 and my albumin 4.5.  This is up for me.

Wow!  Things like this always amaze me... How our bodies, which all work the same way in general, are different in the specifics.  With my protein level at either 7.6 or 7.8 at 80-90g per day, I cannot imagine how high it would be at 120-150g per day or how low yours would be if you were only getting 80g per day.  (I also cannot imagine how I would GET that much protein in every day, but that's another matter.)

I think it has a lot to do with my muscle mass and exercise demands.  I may have a greater need for protein to build and repair muscle since I work out quite a lot?

Yes, you are probably correct.  It seems like an awfully big difference for all of it to be because of exercise, though.
