 help, how do i post a pic in here?

You have to drag it from another window.

Here's what I found works for me.

#1 - make sure your pictures are uploaded to your photo album here on OH
#2 - make sure that you change your text editing from Text editor to HTML 1 or HTML 2
#3 - open your photo album in a new tab (or a different browser)
#4 - drag and drop your photos from your album to the message box
