I feel really good this morning.  I did have another freakout eat fest last night, but I reined it in and the rest of the day was good enough I still only ended up around 1300 calories. The food of the devil (Belvita crackers / cookies) is gone and will be banned from a 50ft radius of me.

I was off work so I slept great and late. Helping my mom then I do have to go to work for about an hour because I totally forgot to write a former employee's performance review and it is due.. um.. now.   Then I have spin class,  maybe help my mom get in the pool, then head to a bike shop to see about getting my bike tire fixed.

Breakfast started out big, and I didn't eat even half of it.

B - shrimp/egg/pepper/cheese
      turkey bacon
about 2 bites of P28 toast
L - Pure protein bar
D - tilapia, veggies
S - cottage cheese and SF jello w/ fruit

I wish I could feel anything but the current stress I feel. It feels like too much to talk about right this moment but let's just say I am not in a great head space.

Nonetheless, as my grandma would say, "one monkey don't stop no show" so let's get on with it.

1. Click Frapp
2. Quinoa salad with veggies
3. Not sure. Probably just coffee
4. I'm supposed to be going out to dinner with a friend. Something healthy. Not sure beyond that.
5. NSA fudgesicle if I don't get dessert out

I love grandma sayings.  They are nothing but the blunt truth, in a fun twisted way.

I could fill a book with my grandma's sayings.

My personal favorite? When you'd complain she'd say "Tough titties and I'd hate to have to suck 'em."

My grandma was AWESOME.

I'm experiencing the joys of being at home with a child with the stomach flu. Yay (not). Dear husband picked her up midday yesterday when the school called and rather than bringing her home to rest, he took her to the zoo. Yep, the zoo. Probably not the best choice.

B greek yogurt with kashi go lean crunch
S quest bar
L probably more greek yogurt sans the kashi
S dunno
D dunno

The scale has been consistently at 206 for a week. I really want to drop into Onderland and stay there. Gotta keep trucking along. Feeling meh about dance class on Saturdays. It's not nearly enough dance for me, so I don't think I will sign up for a second session after this one ends.

Like Nik, my head has been spinning and NOT in a good place for 2 days. I am proud of myself that I haven't resorted to food to "comfort" myself.

B: Coffee protein shake
L: Protein shake
D: Greek yogurt with PB, SF jam and some fiber one.
S: All depends if I go grocery shopping. If yes, I will have some wheat thins with greek yogurt dill dip. If not probable a SF Ice cream after dh's softball game.

I have been trying to muster up some energy to lug 3 kiddo's (5 and under) to the grocery store. But right now the thought seems just to overwhelming. UGH

Late night snacking is evil.  I should go to bed earlier.  There's no reason I need to be laying in bed at midnight eating a Larabar.  No matter how good they are.  Why'd I buy them?

Today is good so far.  Meetings all day, doing pretty good on my water - better than earlier in the week.

20 oz before work.
B - Fage, frozen cherries, splenda
s - decaf, creamer, splenda
L - leftover meatloaf (made with zucchini puree, meatloaf seasoning, egg, whole wheat) topped with homemade green salsa.  I also had 4 oz of LF cottage cheese.  Breakstone is GOOD.  I usually get either the Great Value brand or Daisy, but this time I bought the 4 pack of individual servings because I had off-site meetings two days this week.  No wonder it costs twice as much - yum!
s - 1 1/2 scoop mint cookie protein made with water
D - no clue, but something with squash and/or tomatoes.  I have tons.  Any suggestions?

I have power yoga tonight.

I think a nice pesto might be nice with the tomatoes and squash.

I am still swooning from the antipasto (sp?) I had at church dinner last night. HUGE chunks of fresh mozarella...olives...tomato...proscuitto...oh my...the memories...
