I was at 700 calories through most of my 2nd to 3rd year, then I upped it to 1200 or so, and I dropped 30 more pounds!

I did gain after 2 months of being very immobile and losing a lot of muscle mass. Right now I'm working on building up my muscle mass with the idea that I won't get FATTER even if I weigh a bit more, and my metabolism will go up too. I don't want to adjust my calories down, but my usage up.

Just shy of four years out-- the only time I eat 1600 cal is if the scale is up or it's a freak of nature. I'm usually a 1800-2200 a day girl but I exercise a lot.

Do 2 percent yogurt and cheese rather that zero percent, throw in a spoon of peanut butter here and there.. Good stuff. No junk!!

Be happy.

Even with very little exercise because of a knee that needs replaced, I eat 1400-1500 calories per day (and have since I was about 18 months out).

Non exercise days I shoot for 2300
Exercise days will see me add high as 3000

Now an exercise day will have me burn between 1000 and 4000.calories.

But you are eating way to little.

Yeah, I dont get how you guys are able to eat that many calories! I only get in 800-1k a day..1k is lucky for me lol... I'm at goal though (way below it actually) - my doc said if I'm not trying to lose and as long as my foods are healthy choices that I should focus on "am I hungry" instead of "thats too many calories!" .. I have major issues with foods that arent as healthy. Trying to find better options theres just quite a bit that my picky mc-pickerson pouch wont tolerate -_-
