I'm gonna chop off all my hair.....maybe....no definitely....
I definitely think you can rock the short cut! I cut my hair 9 months post op and i loved it! The only reason I'm letting it grow is because we live a block from the ocean and it's so darn humid that it's always sticking out. Once we move, I'm chopping it again, Just remember to work with your hair type, and bring in pictures of what you want.

You go girl! I wanted a bob for YEARS and was too chicken**** because my mom had always told me how my shoulders would look even bigger with a bob.
I finally cut it in May of this year. LOVE! why the hell didn't I do it sooner?
BTW, I got a lot of compliments and I feel free of the tyranny of long curly hair for the first timein years.

This is funny. I have had short hair for years because I felt like I was too fat to grow it out. I have fine hair, so it looks fuller when it is short. Depending on the cut and the shape of your face, I think short hair can be made to frame your face better. Now that I am almost to my goal weight, I am growing my hair out again.

Thanks, everyone, for the replies and encouragement!
I have fine hair, but lots of it, and a lot of body--just short of curly, I guess. I think probably any hairstyle that I put some effort into will work with my hair type, but man do I resist change, lol!
My appt is tomorrow afternoon, so I'll update with pics then. Assuming I don't chicken out, lol!
Thanks again!!
