I was thinking about this: Have you guys lost weight in your fingers and/ or feet?

I have what I call "sausage fingers," and would be happy if those went away lol. I also have a really hard time finding shoes that fit, because my feet are wide! Just wondering if either of these things have changed for anyone. I'm hoping my feet will "shrink" so I will have an easier time finding shoes!

Thanks!

Feet lost weight.  I find it hard to buy shoes now because of thin feet  My finger are still sausage like.  I am 156 lbs at 5"7' and wear a size 9 ring.  Although I am old.  I could wear a size 9 at 220 when I was younger.

I went from a size 10 shoe to a size 9. I have never been a ring wearer so I can't speak for my fingers but to me they look thinner. My whole hand does. And that bone in my wrist juts out too.

 Certainly.

I went from a 9.5W to an 8.5 regular shoe.

My fingers shrunk dramatically -- I wore ring sizers for a long time.

Yes on both.

I've recently had to stop wearing my wedding ring.  It was about to fall off and I was afraid
of losing it.  I put it away because I don't want to keep getting it sized and weaken the
platinum.  So, DH agreed to buy me a nice CZ in gold to wear until I get my real wedding
ring sized.

My feet I have not measured, but I notice my tennis shoes are more comfy and my Keds
are getting loose.

Yay!

Yes to both.  I was a size 9 ring finger (engagement/wedding ring finger) now I'm a 7 (recently became engaged to the most awesome man!!!) and my feet went from an 11 W to a straight 10.  Much easier time finding shoes now can shop in regular stores now for everything.

I'm 3 months post op and back into my old rings that I never bothered to size to bigger.  I also noticed that my little rubber fingertip kept falling off when I was at work and realized I needed a medium instead of large!

My shoe size has already changed from 8 to 6!  I love having to buy new shoes!  And it's really nice that my two teenage daughters have bigger feet than me and can't 'share' my shoes anymore!!
