Well I haven't been yet but the description on the website for my gym says this- Consisting of exercises that both isolate and integrate muscle groups of the abs, back and butt.
All areas of mine which I need some help- my ass is nonexistent.   I'll give you an update either tonight or tomorrow!  It is a 30 minute class.  I am guessing that in combination with Body Combat that it will be a great workout.

Ah the taco casserole- we eat it several times a month on my house....can't get enough of it.  My husband said the best thing about his RNY besides losing weight is the taco casserole!  I
like to add diced pickeled jalepeno's to the inside mixture and I top the cheese with sliced black olives.

Hey Nik!  Got back from CX Works a little while ago.  It was great.  30 minutes- broken up into differnt sections targeting a different muscle group- abs, back, butt and arms  The entire class is a core workout too.  The only equiptment you need is a mat, middle size weight and stretch cords.  It was my first time so it is hard to remember everythign we did.  Several variations of cruntches, bridges and planks but adding components to make them harder.  Some other exercised with the stretch cords too.  I definitely will be going again.  It was great in combination of Body Combat.  It is my new favorite.  Like you- Body Pump had been my favorite until I started COmbat.  Does your gym have that too?

See that worries me, my NUT upped my caloric intake at my 5 week check up to 1000-1200....granted I have ALOT to lose....200 is just my first goal..and then I'm going to reevaluate and see what the doctor sets as goal for me.  The losses are coming but a woman my size I'd think I'd see it literally falling off me.   Who knows....I'm happy with the losses but my job situation just went from bad to worse....the unemployment benefits is no more....so I will be hitting the temp acgencies and see if I can work into something permanent.  *fingers crossed*!!   I have an  interview on Thursday!!

Yesterday was eating hell.  I made myself completely ILL off of all the crap I ate.  All in the name of no sugar added justification.  That stuff has since been opened and dumped INTO the outside garbage can.  And hopefully it's a lesson to myself not to buy it again.  NSA oatmeal raisin cookies, sf pb cups, sf, sal****er taffy, nsa skinny cow ice cream bars.  This was just yesterday evening.  After 6pm.  6 of them damn cookies at 130 calories each over the course of the evening.

It's done, it's over, the offending food is gone.  Water load today and flush this weight off.  All of it.

Today's eats:

24 oz water before breakfast.
B - Fage, cherries, splenda
s - hot tea (not green today), splenda.  I'm aiming for 48 of water, but I've only hit 24 and a second hot tea (green this time).
L - 1/2 Joseph's Bakery pita stuffed with  spinach leaves, cottage cheese, deli chicken meat.  That should fill me up quite full.
s - 1 1/2 scoop mint cookie protein made with water.
D - no idea.  Something with ground beef.

Today's dos:
Hot yoga for an hour.
I really *should* hit the gym post yoga to work off some of this recent carb binge regain.  Either a run or perhaps the 7pm Zumba class.  Yoga is over at 645 and is right down the road...

I had an appointment with my new therapist this morning. I decided to try someone different, wasn't really getting anywhere with my old one. Our sessions were more like two friends chatting on a couch, which was nice, except it wasn't getting me anywhere, and I was learning nothing new.

So I had an Atkins bar in the waiting room.

Lunch will be leftover salisbury steak, pasta, and veggies.

Greek yogurt with blueberries and vanilla Sf syrup for a snack.

I have to work tonight, so dinner will be eaten in the lobby at the Y--sandwich rollups for the kids, and I'll probably bring a protein shake and eat more leftovers for a late dinner when I get home and put them to bed.
