One Year After Surgery Today

Today is my one year surgery anniversary. I'm down 95 pounds and have lost over 42 inches overall. At my highest weight, size 28 pants were tight. Now I wear a size 10 pants.

I'm so glad that I had this surgery, but don't want to ever think I have it made. The pouch is a great tool.

You're doing wonderfully, I'm proud of you.

No, we can;t let ourselves think we have made it, we need to keep working the tool forever. The only place I fee like I have it made is in that I had the surgery and now have a tool to help me to continually succeed. No regrets at all here!
