Today I am doing mega protein for breakfast and snacks to accommodate my lunch:

I am going to Grilled Cheese & Company and getting me an 8 gamillion calorie crabby melt. It basically is two pieces of thin-sliced sour dough bread toasted with real butter and in between is about 7,000 lbs. of crab dip (and some cheese for good measure). YUM!

So...here's how that shakes out:

1. Click + skim + sf caramel syrup + sf coconut syrup
2. Neopolitan protein shake
3. Crabby Dip sandwich
4. Greek yogurt w/ PB2 & Fiber One
5. Another Click if I need it

YUM!

Been down due to injury so I am scaling back what I eat to the basics  Fish and Veggies!

today I will be eating Swedish Fish and Candy Corn.

After all Fish is protein and corn is a veggie!

I might throw in some Jelly Beans for  fiber!

LOL and I see I forgot how to spell you name. My brain is gone and I'm sure my children took it. I am excited to try this dish, Colleen is unsure if she will like it and has asked about my back-up plans for dinner. So I will let you know how that goes.

Yeah, I reworded how I put it in the post cuz I thought I sounded miffy. It's not that at all!

It's interesting being named Nikki. That's my actual birth name. Nikki. Not Nicole or Nicolette. My birth certificate says Nikki. But folks thinking it is short for something actually spell it all different ways.

It's no big deal really. I just point it out when I remember to.
