Ok, well the taco bake was a huge hit as advertised by so many on here. Colleen liked it so much I had to push her away from going back a third time. Makes alot of food, I hear it warms up well. I plan to try it stuffed into a wheat wrap tomorrow like an enchilada. Thanks for the recipe it's a keeper.
Last day until next Tuesday, 9/11!!!!!!!!!! Fasting labs this morning for my four yr follow up which set me up for food craziness plus prepping for an 8 miler tomorrow, a 5 miler on both Sunday and Monday.

I worked out early with the trainer today - my BFF (as she calls it) was there waiting for me - weighted vest with 20lbs today. Worked out with her, showered, trip to counselor (good talk about addiction), stopped by to help my mom, back to the gym for a 20min massage. Now I have the afternoon for me until I go for some OT 530-830pm.

S - roast turkey leftovers

L-a little bit of pizza sauce, cheese, pepperoni
D- 2 slices of thin ham lunch meat and 2 oz. mild cheddar cheese

Breakfast- splurged on a grande soy latte and the whites of a hard boiled egg
Lunch- left over work party left voers- a little cucumber,onion and tomoto slad, 1.2 piece garlic nan, a little bit of curried lamb
Snacks- protein bar and protein shake
Dinner- no clue but I was just bad and ad a few bites of pasta w/ sauce.

Lunch: Greek yogurt, some strawberries, a few chips
Dinner: Grilled steak (YUM!), a little bit of rice and peas
Coming up yet - protein drink and an apple with greek yogurt as dip
Went to a small amusement park with the family today. Walked and walked and walked with them. Fun times tho. Major tired now - but gotta deal with the kiddos before I can crash. :)
