Today I will
- Get the damn care package out to my husband. It's been sitting on my bedroom floor for WEEKS.
- Call my private swim lesson client and see why she's been MIA. (I really don't want to work with her, so I've been relieved, and putting it off)
- Drink at least 4 bottles of water. I'm getting really dehydrated.
- EAT. I've not gotten nearly enough calories this week.
- Go get new shoes. I trashed my New Balances at the zombie mud run, so I need new ones, and I haven't gotten them yet. I can't Crossfit if I don't have shoes.

-pin my husband! He is in the army and was promoted to staff sergeant today! It felt great to be in front of his whole unit and not be embarrassed by my weight, I fell confident, strong, worthy and (dare I say) pretty? I wore a killer dress, it was awesome!
-meet my kids teachers. I won't be embarrassed to be the "fat mom".
-I will drink my water! I've been really slacking off on that.
I will still get in the protein and vitamins, but that's all I have for now. I just feel so good about my weight loss today. Tomorrow, may be a different story when I'm down on myself for not being in a single digit pant size.

- Walk the the three long corridors and three sets of double stairs in my office building twice today
