I was 307lbs in April this year. I am now 219lbs. I have not been on the scale for 2 weeks ( I weigh only ever other week). I may have lost a little more. I hope that is what you were looking for.

I started at 349, until hernia surgery and plastics maintained at 176-179, am currently around 201 and working to get the extra 25-30 pounds off again.
Main thing though, I'm off blood pressure pills, cpap machine, medicine for diabetes, I have low cholesterol and i'm about to do my 6th half marathon. I am living and loving life!

Started this journey at 366 and I am 5 weeks post op and have lost 40 lbs. this includes what I lost on my pre op liquid diet
I started at 344, and got down to the 170's.
However, I have experienced the dreaded bounceback and re-gained approx 25lbs. I'm happy though! I wish I could re-lose the bounce back but to be honest with you, I'm not willing to deprive myself. I am now "normal" size and just concentrate on not gaining any more.
