why stress eating is bad

It takes a decent amount of food before my stress starts to feel better.  However, my pouch does not really hold that much food.  Throwing up is not fun.

Remind me of this the next time I am tempted to go buy Triscuits, please.

I've done that, but with popcorn. I don't realize I eat to much til it's too late. So now I put it in small containers. Hope you're better soon!

That's why I usually measure my food.  Me and a box of crackers is not a good idea.

ugh, no fun! Had a similar event last night - came home from support group famished & stressed so my "smart" idea was to have a glass of wine to relax. Which led to half an ambien. Which led to a handful of cheetos, a slice of hubby's garlic bread, and 2 cookies. Lesson learned, hopefully.
