Can you freeze Greek yogurt?
Yes! You can mix it with sweetner and fresh fruit ( like chopped strawberries and vanilla davinci) and put them into popsicle trays, or mix it with flavoured protein (I like banana syntrax) and put it in mini ice cube trays for protein drops.
You can even freeze normal yogurt - I have put popsicle sticks into the little fat free sugar free 100 ml yogurts. They are not as creamy as greek yogurt, but still good!

Yeah I make frozen yogurt drops. I mix the plain greek yogurt with sugar free jam & 2 packets of splenda. I put wax paper on a cookie sheet and drop little blobs & freeze. Once they're firm I put them in tupperware in the freezer for a yummy ff/sf treat! My hubby's the one that eats most of them. LOL
Several women in my support groups mix the greek yogurt with berries, place in a plastic cup and put a popsicle stick in it. A frozen treat on a stick. I don't know anyone who has frozen an entire container. I eat it all the time, and it never stays in the fridge more than a few days. DAVE
